Located in The Guild, the experience showcases Italian food and drink.
It’s time to raise a glass to one of London’s best bars. Bar Termini is opening a pop-up in Dubai at The Guild in ICD Brookfield Place. Running for one night only on 24 July from 5pm until late, it is famous for its Italian spirit(s), and its signature negronis as well as spritzes.
The original Bar Termini can be found in Soho, London. The pop-up will be located in The Guild’s café and nurseries. Bar Termini has been featured on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, and The Guild was recently awarded MICHELIN Guide’s Opening of the Year.
Bar Termini draws inspiration from Italian bars in the 1950s, and The Guild draws inspiration from brasseries in Europe and New York. The experience blends the two concepts and showcases Italian food and drink.
Bar Termini in Dubai’s cocktail menu will include Negroni Superiore with Campari, gin and sweet vermouth; and Classico with Campari, gin, sweet vermouth and pink peppercorns. The sweeter drinks include a Spritz Termini with malfy rosa, rhubarb cordial, aperol and prosecco; and Pendennis Club with malfy rosa, apricot liqueur, lime juice, sugar syrup and peychaud’s bitter.
Bar Termini in Dubai’s food menu includes Burrata with Tomato and Crispy Flat Bread, Prosciutto with Herb Focaccia, and Marinated Olives and Parmesan. Plus, in Termini-style, the bar will also serve standing single espressos at the bar.
Vitor Lourenco, EATX Beverage Manager, explained: “We are excited to be hosting the iconic Bar Termini at The Guild’s café. It’s a favourite among our team when visiting London. The negronis are magnifico, and we are privileged to be the first to host them in Dubai and in the region.”
