Dubai boasts an exciting nightlife scene – and it’s about to get more thrilling, thanks to KQ Dubai. The new nightlife venue knows how to make an entrance. To mark the opening of the venue, R&B star Jeremih will be performing on Friday, 12 May. Located in Wafi City, here’s what we know about the hip hotspot.
So far, KQ Dubai has been teasing its followers on social media. All of the pictures and videos give off a hip-hop royalty vibe. Plus, the tagline reads: “A royal experience awaits”.
KQ Dubai aims to switch things up in Dubai’s nightlife scene. Drawing inspiration from old-school nightclubs, it aims to elevate your evening out and turn it into something sophisticated.
If you’re looking for a new ladies’ night, then put KQ Dubai’s Killer Queens night on your radar. Kicking off from 13 May, it takes place each Saturday. Ladies can enjoy selected complimentary drinks from 10pm to midnight. Plus, the music is all about hip-hop and R&B.
As for the launch party, Jeremih hails from Chicago, United States. He has released three albums including Jeremih, All About You and Late Nights. His hit songs include All the Time, Impatient and Love Don’t Change. Over his career, he has been nominated for an American Music Award, Billboard Music Awards and Grammy Award.
On social media, Jeremih shared: “I can’t wait to come up here in Dubai, May 12 for the grand opening of KQ, a new club. Make sure you all pop out, as I can’t wait to see you.”
