The venue combines ancient wisdom and spiritual practices

Dubai is home to world-class spas, from wellness centres to serene spots in hotels. Now, it is set to welcome Sohum Wellness Sanctuary. Located in Al Quoz, the venue aims to be a destination for holistic wellness. 

Founded by Tanya S. Mansotra, Sohum Wellness Sanctuary combines ancient wisdom and spiritual practices. Drawing inspiration from Indian spirituality, the concept is based on the Sanskrit mantra Sohum. The team’s mission is to help guests find balance in their body, mind, and spirit.

Sohum Wellness Sanctuary offers a range of treatments, which include Ayurvedic sessions, holistic healing and yoga. The treatments also include bespoke offerings, which cater to the unique needs of guests. Plus, the venue will be home to world-class amenities including state-of-the-art therapy rooms, wellness rituals, and a shop with exclusive products.

Ayurveda treatments include Panchakarma Detox and Rejuvenation Treatment styles include hatha, kundalini and vinyasa techniques, and healing modalities like crystal healing, sound healing and reiki. Plus, mindful sessions, sound journeys and shamanic breathwork classes are available.
