In the world of food and drink, it’s exciting when culinary powerhouses come together to create a collaboration. Now, the team behind the beloved restaurants Avatara, Carnival by Trèsind, Trèsind and Trèsind Studio have opened Revelry. Located in Dubai Hills Business Park, here’s what you need to know about the new Indian tapas bar.

Revelry draws its inspiration from India’s seasons including the summer, autumn, monsoon and winter. The menu prides itself on offering seasonal dishes, which reflect the changing weather and the country’s agricultural heritage. The menu spans appetisers, mains, meat, seafood, vegetarian and desserts. Dishes start from just AED 12.

The mains include Beef Chorizo, Chicken Bhurjee and Lamb Sukka. The vegetarian dishes include Butter Masala Pasta, Chettinad Paneer and Jerusalem Artichoke Kulcha. The desserts include an Aamras Cheesecake, Chocolate Hazelnut Tart and Rabri Tirimasu.

Revelry’s drinks have been created by Head Mixologist Vince Varghese and Chef Raful Rana. The menu is a nod to their memories and moments in India. The cocktail menu is divided by the seasons, and shares stories behind each creation. The Bhutta contains burnt popcorn, corn and vodka; Masala Chai includes chai syrup, Drambuie and whiskey; and Rasam contains tomato, neem and vodka.
