Try the new menu at Row on 45

Row on 45, the newly crowned two-Michelin-starred restaurant from British Chef Jason Atherton, has launched a new menu crafted for just 22 discerning guests per seating. The 17-course haute cuisine menu features Amaebi (sweet shrimp served with Amela tomato jelly), Crab on Toast, Frøya Scallops, Saroma A5 Wagyu and Shizuoka Musk Melon. Sip and dip at the new COVEBEACH

Dubai, put your hands in the air if you like to party. COVEBEACH has moved from Bluewaters to JBR and brings with it a restaurant, bar, beach and party vibes. SIERRA by COVEBEACH is the brand’s new restaurant, which includes a sushi bar, fish market and dry-ager. Shake it off at a Taylor Swift brunch

While fans in the UAE are still hoping for news of The Eras Tour gracing the region, a Taylor Swift brunch has been confirmed for Dubai. Taking place at Papa Dubai and backed by Design and Dine, the brunch will kick off with a painting workshop. Here, you’ll get a chance to create a Taylor Swift-inspired painting. For food, the brunch will feature items inspired by the singer’s musical journey. You may just find the Blank Space cake on the dessert table. As part of the brunch, you can also indulge in two hours of unlimited Taylor Swift-inspired cocktails while listening to the singer’s new and old songs. Hoe Lee Kow, the latest innovative dining venture by Chef Reif Othman, has launched Soju Gogi Weekends, which involve unlimited soju, cocktails, beers, and a platter of Hoe Lee Kow’s finest grills. Soju (a Korean alcoholic drink made from rice) and Gogi (meaning meat in Korean) Weekends blends the vibrant flavours of Korean BBQ with the creativity and flair of Chef Reif Othman across a menu of beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, grilled mushrooms, and Sut Bul Gui (charcoal-grilled beef). See Enrique Iglesias live in Dubai

Do you need a hero? Well, you may just find that in the form of Enrique Iglesias. The Latin superstar has announced that he is performing at Coca-Cola Arena on 13 September. We’re hoping that Enrique sings his famous hits, from Bailamos to Hero. He was born in Madrid, Spain to the Spanish singer Julio Iglesias and Filipino journalist Isabel Preysler. When he launched his career, he originally had a pseudonym, so that he could distance himself from his father. Today, he is one of the best-selling Latin music artists, as he has sold more than 70 million records worldwide.

Do you know what Greeks say when they break a plate? Opa. If you can’t make your way to Greece, here’s the next best thing, OPA’s Summer Brunch. See Andy Warhol’s Pop Art pieces

Andy Warhol’s work has been spotted everywhere, from the walls of New York galleries to cans of soup. Now it is making its way to the Foundry in Dubai, as the exhibition Andy Warhol: The Glam Factory opens from 16 September to 31 October 2024. This is a rare chance to see some of Warhol’s most famous paintings and prints in Dubai. The exhibition, which is dedicated to the works of the King of Pop Art, will feature a selection of Warhol’s works from 1954 to 1987, including his iconic Marilyn Monroe portraits. Visitors will be able to explore the art style that revolutionised the 20th century. Remember those colourful cartoon photos that took over Facebook and Orkut profiles in the early 2000s? That’s pop art, pioneered by Warhol.
