Dubai is home to dazzling desert landscapes. Al Marmoom Domes is making the most of the wonder and launching a new luxury glamping experience. Located in Al Qudra, guests can book a stay in private pods, and experience the desert in style.
Al Marmoom Dunes boasts Insta-worthy domes, which are in the heart of the desert. Each one includes floor-to-ceiling windows, and 360-degree panoramic views. Surrounded by the sand, it’s a chance to escape from the city, and watch the sunset, sunrise and stars from the privacy of your own pod.
The pod’s positions are elevated, and it feels like you are floating above the desert. The rooms include modern touches with a bed, a sofa, a table and curtains, and, of course, air conditioning. However, we spotted old-school touches including a gramophone.
Al Marmoom Dunes is filled with nature. The pods serve as a viewing platform, and you can spot everything from oryx to vegetation.
The glamping location draws inspiration from Emirati traditions. The experience includes animal spotting from a vintage G-class, henna tattoos in a traditional tent, horseback riding, falconry shows and stargazing. Guests can also enjoy food and drink inspired by the local culture. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available.
Al Marmoom Dunes offers a range of experiences. One night with full board starts from AED 6,000, two nights with full board starts from AED 11,000, and three nights with full board starts from AED 16,000.
