Visit a culinary collab at Verso
In a celebration of Italian culinary artistry, acclaimed Chef Massimiliano Musso, renowned for his work at Ca’Vittoria in Tigliole in Italy, will bring his talents to Verso at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. In collaboration with Veros’s Chef Andrea Fioravanti, Massimiliano has crafted a six-course menu showcasing the best Italian cuisine. Using only the finest ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations, expect a porcini mushroom profiterole topped with caviar, moving to delicacies like guinea fowl ravioli, and culminating with a bold lamb and artichoke main course.
