This October, TakaHisa will bring together three world-renowned chefs: Shinsuke Nakatani from Paris and esteemed wagyu and sushi masters Takashi Namekata and Hisao Ueda from TakaHisa. For just three days, these culinary luminaries will unite to present a special omakase experience, blending the elegance of French gastronomy with the precision and depth of Japanese culinary traditions. Try the terrific new menu at Trèsind Studio
FACT favourite Trèsind Studio has launched “Rising India,” its latest degustation experience, celebrating India’s rich culinary heritage and diverse geography. This gastronomic journey takes diners through four distinct regions—the Thar Desert, Deccan Plateau, Coastal Plains, and Northern Plains, including the Himalayan Mountains—each showcasing unique ingredients and bold flavours crafted by Chef Himanshu Saini. Highlight dishes include the Naan Soufflé, delicate White Asparagus “Rice No Rice,” and a sweet finale with Banana and Hazelnut Tortellini, complemented by miso caramel and South Indian filter coffee. Prepare to be spooked by The Woman In Black
Perfectly timed for the Halloween season, performances of The Woman in Black will be held at the Zabeel Theatre in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. For those unfamiliar with The Woman in Black, it’s a suspense thriller inspired by Susan Hill’s bestselling novel. The story revolves around Arthur Kipps, recalling his horrific experiences at Eel Marsh House. To forget about the ghosts of his past, he sits to pen them down. After spotting the ‘ Woman in Black ‘ at a funeral, he remembers living in fear and being tortured by strange noises and ghostly sightings. Things take a turn when Arthur encounters her once again. Chef Michael Mina returns to MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons DIFC this week for a series of exclusive dining events. Diners can enjoy his innovative culinary style with signature dishes inspired by his new cookbook, My Egypt. Born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised in Ellensburg, Washington, Michael Mina has received Michelin Stars for his restaurants and recognition from the James Beard Foundation. STAY by Yannick Alléno at One&Only The Palm has partnered with Prunier to offer a special six-course menu celebrating centuries of caviar expertise. Chef Yannick will personally host these exclusive dinners. The menu highlights his innovative approach and Prunier’s rich history, featuring dishes like Artichoke Ice Cream with Prunier Caviar, Langoustine Tarte with ginger beurre blanc, and Seabass Badaboum with mushroom broth and Isigny cream, concluding with Pear in Meringue Crust and a Chocolate Tarte with caviar and ganache.
