This summer, Above Eleven invites you on a culinary journey through Peru with menus inspired by its rich and diverse landscapes. Chapter three takes you deep into the jungle, where you’ll savour traditional dishes such as Buñuelos de camote, Duck leg confit and Tiraditos, which offer a glimpse into the culinary traditions of the Peruvian jungle. Each dish is crafted using fresh ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and indigenous communities, including tropical fruits and aromatic spices, best experienced while enjoying the views from this panoramic lounge and sky bar. Tuck into a Sunday roast at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
The FACT award-winning restaurant Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is one of the places to eat in Dubai and has recently launched its first-ever Sunday lunch experience. Start your meal with Meat Fruit, a clever chicken liver parfait disguised as a mandarin, before tucking into Hay Smoked Salmon and Tomato Salamagundy. The main course offers Hereford Sirloin with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream, tender Roast Chicken with veal and herb stuffing or Roast Cauliflower with Truffle Sauce and roast potatoes. To end on a sweet note, the popular Tipsy Cake — a heavenly brioche cake basted in Sauternes wine and served with roasted pineapple — is up for grabs. Available on Sundays from 12pm to 3pm.
