Try the new menu at Honeycomb Hi-Fi

On his most recent visit to Dubai, Executive Chef Matt Abergel introduced an array of exciting new creations to Honeycomb Hi-Fi’s menu. The vibrant new options include Pak Choy Gomae (AED 42), a chilled vegetable dish with cashew and sesame dressing, and binchotan grilled Asparagus (AED 40) topped with panko and garlic soy butter for an added crunch. For dessert, the Hojicha Yama (AED 40) offers a delightful blend of hojicha ice cream, tuiles, and namelaka. Elsewhere, the Limited-Release Menu, known for its exclusive offerings with limited portions available each night, now includes standout dishes like Yellowtail Tartar (AED 98) and Mentaiko Udon (AED 110).
