Two MICHELIN-starred STAY by Yannick Alléno invites guests to immerse themselves in the season with their Summer Senses menu. This five-course meal features Red Mullet cooked over charcoal and glazed with pomegranate molasses and lobster butter. Following this, guests will enjoy Blanc-Manger with Fresh Almond, featuring peach and black currant vinaigrette. Other highlights include Gratinated Oysters with Champagne, served with sautéed girolles mushrooms and garlic coulis, and the season’s favourite dessert—Mango with Pollen Ice Cream, honey jelly, crispy puff pastry, and tarragon. Mister Levier had the honour of opening Kendrick Lamar’s World Tour. This weekend, he will perform at Sphere alongside DJ Moky Semo and Nana B. This talented trio blends Hip-Hop, Funk, House, Dance, Afro, Reggae, and Latin music to create an unparalleled open-format musical experience to celebrate the weekend. The gastronomic journey commences with the Caprese Salad, fusing heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella foam. The renowned Ravioli del Plin showcases guinea fowl ravioli alongside Parmesan cream and truffle tuber melanosporum. For the main course, tuck into Corn-Fed Chicken accompanied by an aubergine variation and vin jaune sauce before finishing the meal with Il Latte – a fusion of biscuit, fresh yoghurt, and goat cheese emulsion. If you’re looking for a brilliant brunch, head to Hamilton’s Gastropub’s The Butcher’s Brunch. The classic butcher shop comes alive with meat cuts, cold cuts, cheeses, wines and beers. Known for its premium Japanese haute cuisine, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant has introduced one of the city’s most lavish dishes. The Imperial Pearl Oyster combines locally sourced Dibba Bay Oysters with golden albino caviar hand-picked by Massimo Vidoni of Italtouch. The result is a distinctive culinary masterpiece featuring the cherished n°2 oyster foamed in a cold tomato consommé, sharp aojiso and coriander oil, mint, crushed black pepper, and crowned with 24-carat gold leaves. Happy second birthday, Alaya. Located in DIFC, the restaurant offers a fine dining Middle Eastern meets Mediterranean experience.
