Offering a sophisticated twist on the traditional izakaya style of informal eating, Zuma’s new Baikingu Brunch begins with a selection of starters, including Zuma’s signature shrimp tempura, crispy fried squid, and an assortment of sashimi, nigiri and maki. The offering also includes beef yakiniku from the live robata cooking station, followed by signature main courses such as miso-marinated black cod, jumbo tiger prawns, and grilled Australian wagyu ribeye.
