Barry’s has been flexing its muscles all over the world from Spain to Singapore, as it has gyms across the world. The brand also has branches across the UAE, and is now opening a pop-up. Located in Police Officer’s Club in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, the venue offers classes that will keep you feeling fit.  

The FACT Award-winning Barry’s prides itself on offering one of the toughest workouts. Police Officer’s Club in Al Jaddaf’s current classes run on Monday and Wednesday. The Monday classes include LIFT Total Body at 7am, 4pm and 5.30pm. The Wednesday classes include LIFT Total Body at 7am, 4pm and 5.30pm. The classes focus on using weights, and building muscle, strength and conditioning.

Participants at Police Club in Al Jaddaf classes can look forward to Barry’s signature style. Expect state-of-the-art equipment, experienced trainers and the feelgood factor, from pumping music to motivational slogans.

In 1998, Barry Jay and John and Rachel Mumford founded Barry’s in Los Angeles, United States. The namesake would teach classes, which were popular with the celebrity crowd. The A-list fans include the Kardashians, Beckhams, Harry Styles and Justin Bieber. 

Barry’s first opened in the UAE in 2017. Barry’s has gyms in Dubai’s Dubai Marina and DIFC, which were FACT Spa & Wellness Award winners in the Fitness Centre category. In 2022, a gym opened in Abu Dhabi’s The Galleria Al Maryah Island. Plus, this year it celebrates its 25th birthday and has special offers available.
