FZN offers a fine dining experience.

Atlantis, The Palm is set to welcome chef Björn Frantzén’s new restaurant. Scheduled to open on 8 November, FZN Dubai is the culinary sister to Zén in Singapore, and the three MICHELIN Starred Frantzén in Stockholm.

FZN in Dubai will offer a 27-seat fine dining experience. This space includes 13 seats around the open kitchen and a view of the chefs at work. The team are committed to creating an immersive dining experience.

When guests arrive, there is a ring on the doorbell, which leads them to a gold-accented hallway. The dining room draws inspiration from living rooms in luxury apartments. The space is decorated with strong colours, playful prints and art pieces. Plus, the soundtrack features 300 songs curated by Björn himself, and ranges from Guns N’ Roses to The Smiths.

FZN will be one of two new restaurants opening at Atlantis, The Palm. The social dining concept Studio Frantzén will also open in the autumn.
