Known for creating evocative and immersive spaces around the world, Du Plessis has designed Jou Jou to blend the relaxed coastal charm of the Mediterranean with the sophistication of French-Mediterranean style. The space is enriched with handcrafted touches, from hand-painted tiles to intricate ceiling designs, all contributing to a chic, comfortable, and timeless atmosphere.

The new restaurant in the resort prides itself on its fresh, seasonal ingredients. The menu will showcase authentic Mediterranean flavours. Jou Jou will offer breakfast, leisurely lunches, and engaging dinners daily. On weekends, guests can look forward to a reimagined Four Seasons Brunch with exciting new additions and even more à la minute stations.
