Nobu by the Beach and Nobu Dubai collaborate with Tropic City
What do Jay-Z, Kanye West, Kendall Jenner and FACT’s Editor-in-Chief all have in common? They’ve all been spotted at Nobu Dubai. Now, Nobu Dubai and its sister concept Nobu by the Beach is welcoming master mixologists. Bar Manager Arron Grendon and his team from Topic City in Bangkok are creating a cool collaboration. Running from 14 to 15 April, the event brings together influences from the Far East and Peru. Signature cocktails are priced from AED 75, and cocktails range from the Chronic Iced Tea to the Tropical Mizuwari. 14 April runs at Nobu by the Beach from 4pm to 7pm, and 15 April runs at Nobu Dubai from 9pm to midnight.

Escape to Amazónico
Head to this DIFC hotspot to discover the two- or three-course business lunch menu showcasing Amazónico’s tropical take on Latin American cuisine. Begin with Salmon Nikkei featuring a delightful sweet passion fruit teriyaki, or indulge in the succulent Pollo a la Parrilla, a grilled half baby chicken, before concluding your meal with the sweet embrace of Amazónico’s tempting Tres Leches con Arequipe milk cake. See Amer Zahr live at the Dubai Comedy Festival
The Palestinian-American comedian, speaker, writer, and academic, promises an evening of laughter laced with thought-provoking humor. In 2013, he established the “1001 Laughs Dearborn Comedy Festival,” a yearly event that continues to captivate audiences. Additionally, Amer is the author of “Being a Palestinian Makes Me Smile” and the creator of the documentary “We’re Not White,” released in August 2017.

Party with Zara Larsson at Global Village
Zara Larsson is heading to Dubai. The Swedish pop star will take to the stage at Global Village this April in Dubai. From fan favourites like Lush Life and Never Forget You to hits such as Ruin My Life and Symphony, Larsson’s performance is bound to be an unforgettable experience—right in the middle of Global Village. The upcoming performance in Dubai will be Larsson’s first time in the UAE. In 2020, the singer was supposed to perform at the Mother of the Nation festival in Abu Dhabi; however, COVID-19 called for the cancellation of all major shows across the region.
