Fish Market returns with newly re-vamped market experience

Sponsored: First opened in 1989, Fish Market has served over one million kilos of fish, 600,000 kilos of prawns, and over 150,000 oysters.

Situated inside Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek, the oldest five-star hotel in Dubai, lies Fish Market. A seafood restaurant that revolves around the concept of a fresh seafood market. Diners choose their meal from a selection of fresh catch of the day, shellfish or crustaceans and have them prepared to their liking by a team of talented chefs.

The popular restaurant on the banks of Dubai’s historic Creek has been drawing crowds for over three decades and has recently had a revamp. The newly renovated restaurant features a sleek new look and improved ambience that helps to accentuate the market-style dining experience. Striving for authenticity and building upon the restaurants impressive legacy, diners can choose their fresh catch of the day and pair it with several ingredients. The restaurants knowledgeable team will be on hand to offer advice on flavour combinations and grape pairings to ensure every diner receives the best experience when dining at Fish Market.

Fish Market

Aside from the ocean-fresh food and colourful interiors which mix wooden flooring with turquoise upholstery and fishing baskets as light fittings, Fish Market offers stunning views across Dubai Creek towards the Burj Khalifa. So grab a seat for an early dinner and admire the traditional wooden abras ferrying passengers across the water as the sun slowly sinks below the horizon.

Jan Hanak, General Manager of Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek, said: “Our hotel has long had a great reputation for quality dining in Dubai. As the first five-star hotel in the city, we are proud that many of our customers have been dining in our signature outlets for decades. With more and more people now turning to the charm of Dubai Creek and enjoying the culture and heritage it has to offer, we’re very excited that we can showcase our truly authentic and locally sourced seafood. We believe the renovations we have made have really raised the experience and ambience and we’re looking forward to welcoming new guests that we are sure will return time and time again.”

The seafood restaurant has been a firm favourite for over thirty years and supports responsible fishing and sustainably sourced seafood. Fish Market has recently launched a new menu that includes sharing plates, seafood platters, vegetarian choices and signature dishes such as honey and miso-glazed black cod fillet.

As one of the oldest seafood restaurants in Dubai, it’s about time you give Fish Market a try.

Fish Market is open daily from 12.30pm to 11pm.
