Known for its Italian cuisine and downtown views, Bella Restaurant & Lounge has launched a new party brunch. Expect delicious dishes such as Salmone Marinato (marinated salmon with beetroot, burnt bergamot mayo, cream and salmoriglio oil), Margherita pizza, Burrata, Calamari E Gamberi (fried calamari, prawns, homemade tartare mayonnaise) and Arancino Al Tartufo (deep-fried rice ball, mushroom, truffle and Emmenthal cheese). Hutong’s new Imperial Brunch pays tribute to the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast, a legendary banquet in the Qing dynasty. Become immersed in traditional Chinese entertainment from Hutong’s resident DJ whilst indulging in a three-course menu of Northern Chinese cuisine. The sharing feast showcases dim-sum, steamed bao buns and signature dishes, such as Yun Nan chicken stir-fried and pan-fried sea bass.
